2. Access and accounts

- Each user protects their credentials.
- Impersonation is prohibited.
3. User obligations
- Publish only lawful and truthful information.
- Respect other users and the law.
- Do not publish violent, hateful, sexual, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful content.
- Do not bypass platform security.
4. Providers and clients
Providers remain responsible for qualifications, authorizations, insurance, prices, quotes, and services. Clients must describe their needs truthfully and respect their commitments.
5. Messaging, content, and reviews
Messages, photos, and files must comply with the law and platform rules. Reviews must reflect a real experience and remain respectful. The platform may hide or remove content that breaches the rules.
6. Moderation and suspension
MyKhadma may refuse, hide, remove, or suspend content or an account in case of breach, fraud, security risk, or valid legal request.
7. Prices, liability, and availability
Unless a paid service is expressly offered by MyKhadma, prices, quotes, payments, and performance terms are agreed directly between client and provider. MyKhadma does not guarantee that a mission will be concluded or the final quality of a service.
